Abstract

The invention discloses a ZIA-Adapter adapter-based government affair service system and a use method thereof, relates to the technical field of large government affair models, and solves the technical problems that an existing government affair service system is difficult to provide accurate and standard response and cannot meet multi-language requirements when solving problems in specific fields. The system comprises a question and answer model, a translation model and a dynamic knowledge retrieval enhancement module, the question and answer model is used for conducting reply based on questions of a user, a ZIA-Adapter adapter is inserted into the question and answer model, the translation model is used for translating reply of the question and answer model into a specified language according to a user language scene, and the dynamic knowledge retrieval enhancement module is used for obtaining related data according to the questions of the user and inputting the related data into the question and answer model. A result output by the translation model is verified; according to the method, knowledge in a specific field can be learned more deeply and accurately, the understanding and response precision in a digital government service scene is remarkably improved, and factual errors are reduced.
