Unidirectional resonance ultrasonic welding head and ultrasonic welding device

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of ultrasonic welding, and particularly relates to a one-way resonance ultrasonic welding head and an ultrasonic welding device. The welding head is an acoustic one-way resonance body and comprises a resonance clamping seat, a damping interconnection body, a resonance clamping head and a welding head body which are sequentially arranged along the axis of the acoustic one-way resonance body, the damping interconnection body comprises a first connecting part and a second connecting part which are arranged in a split mode and detachably connected, and the first connecting part and the second connecting part are connected to the ends, close to each other, of the resonance clamping seat and the resonance clamping head respectively. The split coaxial damping interconnection body is arranged between the harmonic clamp seat and the harmonic clamp head, ultrasonic vibration is conducted along the axis and works in a one-way resonance state so as to reduce ineffective loss and improve effective gain, the pressure applying end and the welding end are separated, the welding end and the welding head which are prone to damage can be independently detached and replaced, overall scrapping is avoided, and the production cost is reduced. The service life is prolonged, cost is reduced, the replacement process is simplified, rapid head replacement is achieved, and operation efficiency is improved.
