Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) materials, and particularly discloses a soft PVC composition with low molding shrinkage and a preparation process thereof. The soft PVC composition with the low molding shrinkage rate comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-100 parts of PVC resin; 10 to 50 parts of a filling agent; 0.1 to 1 part of a lubricant; 0.2-1 part of a light stabilizer; 15-75 parts of a plasticizer; 2-7 parts of a heat stabilizer; 0.5-3 parts of a processing aid; the polymerization degree of the PVC resin is 400 to 1000; the filling agent comprises at least one of calcium carbonate, talcum powder and glass powder; the processing aid is at least one of an acrylate processing aid and chlorinated polyethylene. According to the soft PVC composition disclosed by the invention, different types of components are mutually compatible, so that the finally obtained soft PVC composition has relatively excellent hardness, tensile strength, elongation at break and tear strength, also has relatively low molding shrinkage and has relatively good dimensional stability.
