Abstract

The invention discloses an elastic chewable fermentation type nicotine oral product and a preparation method thereof. The nicotine oral product comprises an elastic chewable colloid carrier, exogenous nicotine and a flavoring agent, the colloid carrier is obtained by fermenting bacteria in a culture medium, and the colloid carrier does not contain tobacco components. According to the preparation method provided by the invention, the bacterial cellulose generated by promoting bacterial fermentation is added into the basic culture medium to serve as the colloid carrier, then the nicotine source and the flavoring agent are added, the oral nicotine product is obtained, the oral nicotine product can resist saliva corrosion through high crystallinity of the colloid carrier and cross-linking with beta-glucan, and the oral nicotine product can be used for preparing the oral nicotine product. And nicotine can be continuously released through the nanopores while the form can be maintained. Therefore, the nicotine is not left in the oral cavity and does not pollute the package when being used, and the purposes of dynamically releasing nicotine and improving consumption experience are achieved.
