When the application is used, the positioning of the reinforcement cage is facilitated, the stability of the reinforcement cage during segmented hoisting is improved, the perpendicularity of the reinforcement cage during lowering is ensured, the welding between the reinforcement cages is facilitated, the working efficiency of welding is improved, and the labor amount of workers is reduced.
