Mine truck engine preheating and parking air conditioning system and control method

Abstract

The invention discloses a mine truck engine preheating and parking air conditioning system which comprises an engine, heaters and an air conditioner, an engine body cooling space of the engine and the heaters are connected through a first circulation pipeline, the engine, the heaters and the first circulation pipeline form a first heating loop, and the first circulation pipeline is provided with a heater water pump and a first electromagnetic valve; an engine body cooling space of the engine is connected with the air conditioner through a second circulating pipeline, the second circulating pipeline is provided with an air conditioner water pump, and the second electromagnetic valve, the engine, the air conditioner and the second circulating pipeline form a second heating loop; the heater and the air conditioner are connected through a third circulation pipeline, the third circulation pipeline is provided with a third electromagnetic valve, and the heater, the air conditioner and the third circulation pipeline form a third heating loop. The invention further discloses a control method of the engine preheating and parking air conditioning system for the mine truck. The preheating function or the parking air conditioning function of the engine in the low-temperature environment is achieved.
