Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of silicon core cutting, in particular to silicon core cutting equipment which comprises a vertical take-up and pay-off mechanism and a workbench, the vertical take-up and pay-off mechanism comprises a winding roller and a guide module, and the winding roller is vertically installed on a carrying table; a wire guide wheel of the guide module is installed on a fixing plate, and the fixing plate is vertically installed on the carrying table. The workbench comprises at least one wiring module, each wiring module comprises two guide wheels, a cutting line led out of one guide module shuttles back and forth on the two guide wheels to form a wiring layer for cutting and is taken up from the other guide module, and the wiring mode of the cutting line is horizontal wiring. The triangular silicon core can be cut, the structure is compact, and the occupied area is small.
