Abstract

The invention discloses a single-motor actuator running-in tool, and relates to the technical field of actuators, and the single-motor actuator running-in tool comprises a workbench which is used for providing an installation foundation for a running-in mechanism and a switchable installation mechanism; the running-in mechanism is used for carrying out running-in on the adjacent single-motor actuators; and the switchable mounting mechanism comprises a rotating shaft which is rotationally arranged on the right side of the top of the table plate in a nested mode through a bearing, the outer side of the rotating shaft is fixedly sleeved with a rotating disc which is attached to the top of the table plate in a sliding mode, and operating rods are fixedly arranged on the front side and the rear side of the top of the rotating disc correspondingly. According to the invention, the previous single-motor actuator can be dismounted and the next single-motor actuator can be mounted in the running-in process of the current single-motor actuator, so that the interval time of running-in operation of two adjacent sides is effectively shortened, and the running-in efficiency is effectively improved.
