Abstract

Through cooperative arrangement of the filtering mechanism, the cleaning mechanism and the pretreatment mechanism, the problems that when traditional submerged arc furnace smoke dust treatment equipment is used, due to the fact that submerged arc furnace smoke dust is high in temperature and viscosity, a cloth bag is prone to being blocked, the filtering efficiency is reduced, the service life of the cloth bag is shortened, and when high-temperature smoke dust is treated, if temperature control is improper, the cloth bag is prone to being blocked are solved. And the safety problems such as cloth bag burning and the like are possibly caused.
