Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of wire cutting, and discloses a wire-through guide pipe lifting type butt joint mechanism, which comprises a fixed shell fixed directly with a machine tool, a molybdenum wire penetrating through the center of the fixed shell to realize wire feeding, a guide pipe located at the center inside the fixed shell and a butt joint pipe located directly below the guide pipe, a fixed plate installed at the top end of the fixed shell, a driving mechanism composed of a driving wheel and a driven wheel arranged on the inner side of the fixed plate, a mutual embedding structure between the driving wheel and the driven wheel, a limiting frame connected to the bottom end of the fixed shell, an outer sleeve pipe inserted into the limiting frame and sleeved on the outer side of the guide pipe, and a lifting structure formed by the outer sleeve pipe on the outer side of the guide pipe through the driving mechanism. The wire-through guide pipe lifting type butt joint mechanism can quickly and stably lift and butt joint the guide pipe, ensures the stable butt joint of the wire-through electrode wire, and is beneficial to improving the wire-through wire feeding efficiency.
