A dope dyeing type composite fiber and a process for producing the same

Abstract

The application relates to the field of textile dyeing, and particularly discloses a dope dyeing type composite fiber and a preparation process thereof; the dope dyeing type composite fiber comprises the following specific steps: mixing polymethyl methacrylate dyeing microspheres and a cationic polymer dispersant, uniformly stirring to form a polymethyl methacrylate dyeing dispersion liquid; mixing the polymethyl methacrylate dyeing dispersion liquid with a polymer solution, and then sequentially performing defoaming treatment and filtration treatment to obtain a mixed spinning liquid; and the mixed spinning liquid is subjected to solution spinning to prepare the dope dyeing type composite fiber; the polymethyl methacrylate dyeing microspheres and the cationic polymer dispersant are used in cooperation to improve the solvent resistance and high-temperature resistance of dyes and improve the dyeing effect of fibers.
