Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of fabric performance detection, and discloses a tensile property detection device for worsted fabric processing, which comprises a base, a cylinder and a displacement sensor are arranged on the left side of the base, a fixed-end clamp and a force sensor are arranged on the right side of the base, a moving seat is connected to the output end of the cylinder through a connecting mechanism, and the moving seat is slidably connected to the base in the left-right direction; two groups of moving-end clamps are arranged on the moving seat, and the moving-end clamp comprises a clamping jaw which is slidably arranged on the moving seat in the vertical direction. The tensile property detection device for worsted fabric processing is provided with two sets of main and standby clamps on the moving end. After the fabric is broken in the stress concentration area of the main clamp, the standby clamp can be triggered to automatically clamp the undamaged fabric area on the right side and continue testing, so that the continuity and multi-point tensile detection of the body performance of the same fabric sample can be realized.
