本发明提供一种改性NASICON型钠离子陶瓷电解质膜及其制备方法和应用。该制备方法包括以下步骤:将NZSP电解质、硼源、铋源、铜源、镧源和溶剂混合,得到混合浆料;将混合浆料涂覆在支撑基底上,形成陶瓷电解质生坯层;将层间结合增强型浆料涂覆在陶瓷电解质生坯层上,形成层间结合增强层,得到复合膜;对复合膜进行烧结处理,得到改性NASICON型钠离子陶瓷电解质膜。本发明借助四元协同掺杂体系,降低了后续烧结温度,提高了电解质膜的致密度、室温电导率和拉伸强度,将Zr、P等关键元素的挥发率控制在2wt%以下;利用层间结合增强层的设计,解决了层间结合和离子传导的问题,使层间剥离强度得到提升,界面阻抗显著降低。
