PH value adjusting method for carbon black production

Abstract

A PH value adjusting method for carbon black production relates to the technical field of carbon black production, and comprises the following steps: step 1, adjusting the concentration of a sodium hydroxide solution to 1: 10, the flow of the sodium hydroxide solution to 40kg / h, and the pump outlet pressure of the sodium hydroxide solution to 3.5 MPa; step 2, uniformly mixing the adjusted sodium hydroxide solution with an adhesive and granulation water in a mixer, feeding the mixture into a granulator, mixing the mixture with the carbon black, and granulating, wherein the mixture is fully mixed with the carbon black under the action of stirring teeth in the granulation process; 3, the granulated carbon black enters a drying machine to be exchanged with heat generated by combustion of tail gas in a tail gas furnace, and the carbon black is dried; and 4, in the drying process, sodium hydroxide, sulfurous acid and sulfuric acid are subjected to a chemical reaction, the temperature of an outlet of the drying machine and the temperature of an inlet of a discharging bag are controlled, namely the PH value is adjusted by controlling a first valve, a second valve, a third valve and a fourth valve, the stability of the PH value is guaranteed, and the requirements of customers are met.
