Abstract

The invention discloses a method for rapidly extracting xyloflavin from Pu'er tea, and belongs to the technical field of plant active ingredient extraction. Aiming at the problems that the existing extraction method is low in efficiency and easy to cause degradation of a target object, the invention provides a new solution, and the method is characterized by comprising the following steps: firstly, crushing a Pu'er tea raw material, performing low-temperature extraction in a buffer solution containing vitamin C, then quickly crushing by a flash extractor, and finally quickly cooling and centrifuging to obtain a crude extract. The extraction method disclosed by the invention can be used for efficiently obtaining high-activity xyloflavin and is mainly applied to the fields of medicines and foods.
