Abstract

The low-cost rare earth weather-resistant bridge steel comprises the following chemical components in percentage by mass: less than or equal to 0.11% of C, 0.15%-0.50% of Si, 1.10%-1.50% of Mn, 0.010%-0.10% of V, 0.006%-0.003% of Ti, 0.015%-0.05% of Al, 0.4%-0.7% of Cr, 0.1%-0.2% of Ni, 0.25%-0.5% of Cu, less than or equal to 0.15% of Mo, 0.005%-0.01% of Ce and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. According to the steel plate, a small amount of rare earth is added, adding of other precious metal is reduced, the cost is reduced, meanwhile, the steel plate has excellent comprehensive mechanical performance and corrosion resistance, and the steel plate is suitable for the field of bridge engineering. The Ce rare earth element is added, the effects of purifying steel, modifying inclusions and microalloying of rare earth in steel are exerted, original Nd and part of Ni in the steel are replaced, and the cost is reduced under the condition that the performance of the steel meets the requirement.
