Abstract

The application discloses a water power station governor oil pressure device capable of improving stability and a control method thereof, and relates to the technical field of water power station governor oil pressure devices. The device comprises a bottom plate and a control module. The upper side of the bottom plate is provided with a pressure tank and a pump oil assembly. The pressure tank is used for storing compressed air and hydraulic oil. The front side of the pressure tank is provided with a pressure detection module. The pressure detection module is electrically connected with the control module, and is used for detecting the internal pressure of the pressure tank. The pump oil assembly is used for pumping hydraulic oil into the pressure tank. The upper side of the pressure tank is provided with a mixing mechanism. The device is provided with a flow guide plate and a mixing pump, can form up-down circulating flow in the oil supplementing process, and can establish a complete oil circulating path in the forced mixing stage, so that the temperature difference and the density difference of the oil in the tank are quickly eliminated. The device has the characteristics of high practicability, improved stability and reliability of the speed regulation system.
