Abstract

The invention relates to an inspection instruction issuing system and method, and belongs to the technical field of instruction issuing, the system comprises a main body module and a function module, the main body module comprises an inspection center, n node devices and n data link transmission channels, the function module comprises a data acquisition module, a priority calculation module, a self-adaptive coding module and an instruction decoding module; the data acquisition module acquires state parameters of node equipment and an emergency degree grade of an inspection task; the priority calculation module calculates the priority value of each inspection instruction and generates an inspection instruction priority sorting result; the self-adaptive coding module selects an initial coding mode for coding, after coding is completed, the coding effect is evaluated, and whether the coding mode is updated for coding or not is determined according to the evaluation result; issuing the coded inspection instruction to a node device; and the instruction decoding module decodes the coded inspection instruction, and executes an inspection task according to an inspection instruction priority ranking result.
