Aerodynamic anti-swing positioning control system for quay crane sling

Abstract

The invention discloses an aerodynamic anti-swing positioning control system for a quay crane lifting appliance. The aerodynamic anti-swing positioning control system comprises the lifting appliance, a ducted fan and a control mechanism, wherein the ducted fan and the control mechanism are arranged on the lifting appliance; the number of the ducted fans is even, and the ducted fans are symmetrically arranged on the lifting appliance in pairs; and the control mechanism is used for calculating required control force and torque according to the swinging and torsion angles of the lifting appliance, and outputting and adjusting turbofan thrust of each ducted fan. The problems of response lag, poor anti-disturbance capability, complex structure, high cost, large maintenance amount and the like existing in the existing anti-swing technology in port container loading and unloading operation are solved, and the requirements of an automatic wharf for efficient and accurate control are met.
