Abstract

The application discloses an air conditioner fault sequencing method and system and an air conditioner. The air conditioner fault sequencing method comprises the following steps: acquiring four-tuple data of each device within N days from the current time, wherein the four-tuple data comprises a fault coefficient corresponding to a fault type, a fault duration, a time length from a fault reporting time to the current time, and a fault occurrence frequency; calculating daily fault weight data of each device according to the four-tuple data; calculating a sum of the N-day fault weight data of each device; and sequencing multiple devices according to the sum of the fault weight data from large to small. The device with the largest sum of the fault weight data is placed at the front, facilitating user query. In the application, the sum of the N-day fault weight data can comprehensively represent the fault rate of all faults of the device within N days. Therefore, sequencing multiple devices according to the sum of the fault weight data from large to small can realize accurate sequencing, and solve the technical problem that the existing technology cannot accurately sequence fault devices.
