Abstract

The invention discloses a cable processing device which comprises a placement table, a first mounting plate is fixedly mounted on the placement table, and the cable processing device further comprises a second mounting plate mounted on the placement table through a distance regulation and control structure; and the two sets of reciprocating motion mechanisms are installed on the two sides of the containing table correspondingly. By adjusting the relative grinding direction of the cable, cutting and grinding actions can more uniformly act on the surface of the cable, the relative movement is beneficial to ensuring that the surface of the cable is uniformly treated in the grinding process, local excessive wear or non-uniform grinding effect is avoided, and by matching with angle adjustment of the cutting blade, the grinding efficiency is improved. The optimal contact angle between the cutting blade and the surface of the cable is ensured, so that cleaner and smoother cutting is realized, generated scraps are continuously collected during cutting and polishing, the scraps are prevented from being attached to the surface of the cable again, and the precision and quality of cable surface treatment are ensured.
