A suspended material conveying device and a control method thereof

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of material transportation, and discloses a suspension type material conveying equipment and a control method thereof. The suspension type material conveying equipment constructs a three-dimensional conveying path through mutually perpendicular fixed first tracks and movable second tracks. A fixed assembly in a material conveying box is provided with a limiting structure combining air bag clamping and negative pressure adsorption. The limiting mode switching under different running directions is realized in cooperation with an airflow driving device. In this way, the fixed limiting strategy is flexibly switched according to the running direction of the conveying box, so that the material anti-deviation stability during horizontal running and the limiting efficiency during vertical running are ensured. Through the collaborative or independent control of air bag clamping and negative pressure adsorption, the limiting reliability under different working conditions is ensured, and through the air bag disabling design during vertical running, the part loss is reduced and the operation rhythm is improved. The stability of material conveying is further improved, and the service life of the fixed assembly is prolonged.
