Power-off brake with efficient heat dissipation function

Abstract

The efficient heat dissipation power-off brake comprises a fixed shell and a brake body, the brake body is installed in the fixed shell, a gap auxiliary module is installed on the outer side of the fixed shell, the gap auxiliary module comprises a fixed shaft, a rotating sleeve and a rotating shell, and the fixed shaft is installed on the outer wall of the right end of the fixed shell; the outer wall of the fixing shaft is sleeved with a rotating sleeve, the left end of the rotating sleeve is connected with a rotating shell, an elastic plate is installed on the inner wall of the rotating shell, and a gap plate is installed on the outer wall of the elastic plate. The gap auxiliary module is arranged and comprises the rotating shell, the rotating inner ring, the elastic plate and the gap plate, the elastic plate pushes the gap plate to move inwards to the position between the two adjacent sets of disc-shaped objects, the mounting gap is limited, the mounting efficiency of the brake is improved through the gap auxiliary module, the gap accuracy during brake mounting is improved, and the practicability of the brake is improved. The use safety of the brake is improved; and the service life of the brake is prolonged.
