Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of air separation unit cooling, and discloses an air separation unit inlet air cooling system utilizing liquefied natural gas cold energy, which comprises a rainproof grid, an access door box body, a filter box body, a filter cartridge, a contraction section, a stand column, a platform, an inclined ladder stand, an air outlet flange, a plate heat exchanger and a compressor, the rainproof grid is arranged at the air inlet end of the system; the filter box body is located behind the rainproof grid, and a filter cartridge is arranged in the filter box body; the contraction section is connected to the air outlet end of the filter box body, and the air outlet flange is connected to an outlet of the contraction section; the access door box body is arranged at the side part of the filter box body; the stand columns are arranged at the bottom of the system. The plate heat exchanger is additionally arranged behind the air filter, the ethylene glycol aqueous solution is introduced into the heat exchanger and exchanges heat with liquefied natural gas cold energy, so that air before entering the compressor is precooled, the load of the compressor is reduced, the overall energy consumption of the system is reduced, and long-term stable work of the air separation device is ensured.
