Abstract

The invention discloses a normal oblique axis projection method based on a white sell sphere, and the method comprises the following steps: 1, parameter fitting: 1.1, selecting the center of a water transfer line as a starting point, and obtaining the latitude and longitude of the starting point on a CGCS2000 ellipsoid; 1.2, carrying out equiangular description on the white sell spherical surface by using the ellipsoid surface; 1.3, calculating the radius of the white sell ball; 1.4, calculating rotation parameters of the inclined shaft; 2, carrying out normal oblique axis projection: 2.1, obtaining the latitude and longitude of a projection point on a CGCS2000 ellipsoid; 2.2, calculating geodetic coordinates of the projection points on the White Sel sphere; 2.3, calculating a three-dimensional rectangular coordinate of the projection point on the white sell sphere; 2.4, calculating a three-dimensional rectangular coordinate of the projection point on the oblique-axis ball; 2.5, calculating geodetic coordinates of the projection point on the oblique axis sphere; and 2.6, calculating a plane rectangular coordinate of the projection point under the oblique-axis Gaussian plane rectangular coordinate system. According to the method, when the span in the east-west direction of the water transfer line project is large, zoning is not needed, and a unified project plane rectangular coordinate system can be established.
