Abstract

The invention discloses a high-precision DD motor, and relates to the technical field of DD motors, the high-precision DD motor comprises an outer cylinder, a bottom plate and an inner rotor rotatably arranged in the outer cylinder, the outer cylinder is mounted on the bottom plate, the high-precision DD motor further comprises a plurality of rhombic heat dissipation areas circumferentially arranged on the periphery of the outer cylinder, and the rhombic heat dissipation areas are communicated with one another; the rhombic heat dissipation area is composed of a plurality of square heat dissipation areas, a liquid inlet circular cavity is formed in the middle of each square heat dissipation area, and a plurality of circulation channels which are diffused outwards with the liquid inlet circular cavity as the circle center are formed among the square heat dissipation areas. By arranging a liquid cooling system composed of the rhombic heat dissipation area, the circulation channel, the V-shaped baffling area and the annular flow channel, efficient export and uniform distribution of heat are achieved, and the problem that the heat dissipation efficiency is low due to compression of a heat dissipation path is effectively solved; the motor has the advantages of being high in heat dissipation efficiency, effectively reducing the working temperature of the motor, avoiding thermal aging and magnetic performance degradation, and improving the positioning precision and the operation stability.
