Abstract
The application relates to the technical field of solid waste resource utilization and carbon material preparation, and discloses a high-middle-porosity solid waste resin-based spherical carbonaceous porous material and a preparation method thereof, which comprises the following steps: a preparation method is adopted, and a solid waste sulfonated resin ball is used as raw material, and the raw material is subjected to loading of a chlorine-containing metal salt, programmed temperature heat treatment and acid pickling and purification to obtain the high-middle-porosity solid waste resin-based spherical carbonaceous porous material. The core lies in a synergistic pore forming mechanism of phased heat treatment: in a first constant temperature stage of 400-500 DEG C, the loaded chlorine-containing metal salt is decomposed to generate gas, and the carbon matrix is subjected to chemical etching; in a second constant temperature stage of 700-900 DEG C, the in-situ generated metal nanoparticles catalyze pore expansion, and a mesopore structure is directionally constructed. The preparation method can convert the solid waste resin into a high-value-added carbon material which maintains a regular spherical morphology and has a mesopore volume ratio of greater than 75%, and realizes resource utilization of the waste and in-situ fixation of pollutants in a pyrolysis process.
