The waterproof cloth and the cooling liquid are arranged between the cable connector and the single-opening cylinder, and the waterproof cloth is tightly attached to the surface of the cable connector under the action of liquid pressure, so that the cooling liquid and the surface of the cable connector are subjected to contact heat exchange through the waterproof cloth, and the heat transfer efficiency between the cooling liquid and the surface of the cable connector is effectively improved; cooling liquid enters the opening rings and the sealing rings, the heat exchange area of the cooling liquid and the outside is increased, meanwhile, the multiple sealing rings move back and forth through liquid impact force, the flowability of gas around the single-opening cylinder is effectively improved, the heat dissipation effect of the cooling liquid is further improved, and therefore the multiple cooling effects on the cable connector are achieved.
