Permeable nano-drug for targeting adipose tissue as well as preparation method and application of permeable nano-drug

Abstract

The invention discloses a permeable nano-drug targeting adipose tissue, and a preparation method and application thereof. The nano-drug comprises a nano-carrier and allicin, and the nano-carrier is formed by assembling lactoferrin and an aptamer as shown in SEQ ID NO. 1. The nano-drug has the characteristics of small particle size and high Zeta potential, and can go deep into the deep layer of adipose tissue through adipocyte lactoferrin receptor mediated transendocytosis, so that allicin can more effectively go deep into white cell mitochondria generation and energy metabolism in a targeted manner, and obesity is treated.
