Automatic end quenching device and method based on induction heating

Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic end quenching device and method based on induction heating. The device comprises a sample table, a mechanical arm, a workbench and a control table, and an induction heating power module is integrated in the control table. The sample table is used for partition placement and turnover of samples; the manipulator is provided with a multi-degree-of-freedom mechanical arm and a special clamp, so that the samples are automatically grabbed and transferred; an induction coil, a water gun, an infrared temperature measurement probe and an upper mounting plate are integrated on the workbench, the induction coil is connected with a power supply device to generate an alternating magnetic field to heat a sample, the water gun is used for quenching and cooling, and the infrared temperature measurement probe monitors the temperature in real time; and the console receives the temperature signal and uniformly controls the manipulator, the output of the internal heating power supply and the quenching operation time sequence. Through an integrated structure and full-closed-loop automatic control, continuous and high-precision operation of the end quenching process is realized, heat loss in sample transfer is effectively avoided, and the efficiency, consistency and reliability of a quenching test are remarkably improved.
