Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of molybdenum wire cleaning, and discloses precision work molybdenum wire intelligent cleaning integrated equipment which comprises a rack and a plurality of molybdenum wire cleaning tables in sliding connection with the rack, and molybdenum wires on the molybdenum wire cleaning tables sequentially pass through a pay-off mechanism, a straightening mechanism, a cleaning mechanism, a drying mechanism and a take-up mechanism to be cleaned. The pay-off mechanism comprises a pay-off magnetic powder motor and a pay-off reel in transmission connection with the pay-off magnetic powder motor, and a molybdenum wire to be cleaned is wound on the pay-off reel; the straightening mechanism comprises a plurality of straightening wheels which are sequentially arranged in the moving direction of the molybdenum wire; the cleaning mechanism is sequentially provided with an alkali cleaning unit and a neutralization cleaning unit in the molybdenum wire moving direction. The drying mechanism comprises a drying groove; the take-up mechanism comprises a take-up motor and a take-up wheel, the take-up motor is in transmission connection with the take-up wheel through a gear, and the molybdenum wire is wound around the take-up wheel after being cleaned. By means of the design, full-process high-precision cleaning of molybdenum wires can be achieved, and the molybdenum wire cleaning device has the advantages of being high in cleaning efficiency and stability, small in equipment occupied area and the like.
