Abstract

The invention relates to a form and position retaining device for connection of a VPX connector and a printed board, the form and position retaining device comprises a pressing block and a locking bolt, the surface of the pressing block is provided with a limiting groove, the shape and size of the limiting groove are consistent with those of the VPX connector, the locking bolt is in threaded connection with the pressing block, and the tail end of the locking bolt abuts against the surface of the VPX connector. By adopting the technical scheme provided by the invention, after the VPX connector is welded with the printed board, the pressing block is used for buckling the VPX connector, so that the VPX connector is accommodated in the limiting groove 3, and the gravity of the pressing block acts on the VPX connector, so that the VPX connector can be prevented from shifting or deforming, the assembly precision of the VPX connector and the printed board is improved, and the production efficiency of the VPX connector is improved. In addition, the locking bolt is screwed to enable the tail end of the locking bolt to abut against the VPX connector, and displacement or deformation of the VPX connector is further avoided.
