Abstract

This invention relates to the field of nozzle technology, specifically providing a cutting fluid nozzle capable of automatically replacing mixing channels. The cutting fluid nozzle includes a nozzle body, a nozzle, a mixing mechanism, and a control system. The mixing mechanism includes a turntable and mixing channels; the control system includes a motor, a hydraulic sensor, and a controller. By setting at least two mixing channels on the turntable, both of which can rotate with it to the connected workstation, redundant mixing paths are added to the cutting fluid nozzle. When the hydraulic sensor detects that the channel hydraulic pressure exceeds a preset threshold, the controller controls the motor to drive the turntable to rotate, thereby replacing the blocked mixing channel with another mixing channel, achieving the purpose of automatically replacing the mixing channel and ensuring that the nozzle can continuously spray coolant to meet processing requirements. This not only improves maintenance efficiency, reduces maintenance costs, and extends nozzle life, but also reduces downtime losses, which is beneficial for ensuring the continuity and stability of production.
