The application relates to a full-automatic unmanned train initialization and relocation system, method and medium, the system comprising a vehicle-mounted ATC device and a train positioning and control backup device, the vehicle-mounted ATC device being used for controlling automatic operation of the train, the train positioning and control backup device comprising a beacon antenna, a coded odometer, a processing unit and an output plate, the processing unit being connected with the beacon antenna and the coded odometer, and output contacts of the output plate being connected in series in a power supply loop of the vehicle-mounted ATC device, the method comprising the following steps: monitoring a train state in real time through an ATS control center; judging whether the train is in an abnormal state according to the train state; when the train is in the abnormal state, performing an initialization operation on the train through a hard restart; and after the initialization is completed, performing a relocation operation on the train according to the latest train position information stored before the initialization operation is performed. Compared with the prior art, the application significantly enhances the automation level and reliability of full-automatic unmanned train initialization and relocation.
