Diagnosis and treatment integrated composite hydrogel as well as preparation method and application thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a diagnosis and treatment integrated composite hydrogel as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The composite hydrogel comprises a three-dimensional interpenetrating network structure hydrogel loaded with a hypoglycemic drug, a pH indicator dye and a glucose sensing enzyme, the three-dimensional interpenetrating network structure hydrogel comprises a first network structure hydrogel and a second network structure polymer interpenetrating the first network structure hydrogel; the first network structure hydrogel is formed by cross-linking sulphobetaine and methacrylated gelatin; the second network structure polymer is formed by crosslinking a polyphenol compound and polyvinyl alcohol. The composite hydrogel provided by the invention can prevent the monitoring precision from being influenced by the release of the pH indicator dye and the glucose sensing enzyme in the use process of the hydrogel, so that the diagnosis and treatment integrated hydrogel dressing capable of accurately monitoring the pH and glucose level of a wound surface for a long time is obtained.
