The preparation device of the high-stability gold-tin alloy electroplating dispersing agent comprises a uniform mixing tank, a first support, a water tank, a water adding funnel, a first water pipe, a second water pipe, a feeding mechanism, a flushing mechanism and a stirring mechanism; during use, raw materials are added into the feeding mechanism, deionized water is added from the water adding funnel, most of the deionized water enters the uniform mixing tank, a small part of the deionized water enters the water tank to be temporarily stored, then the stirring mechanism is started to start stirring, and the raw materials are synchronously and slowly added into the uniform mixing tank through the feeding mechanism to be uniformly mixed with the deionized water; after feeding is completed, the water tank provides deionized water for the washing mechanism, the washing mechanism washes the residual raw materials in the feeding mechanism into the uniform mixing tank, and the raw materials are uniformly stirred again; by the adoption of the mode, part of raw materials can be prevented from remaining on the inner wall of the feeding device.
