Abstract

This invention discloses an assembly device, relating to the field of automation equipment technology. The assembly device includes a first guide rail and a second guide rail on a machine base; a first clamping mechanism and a third clamping mechanism on the first guide rail; a second clamping mechanism on the second guide rail; a first feeding mechanism for feeding a lens body from a first feeding station to the first clamping mechanism; a second feeding mechanism for feeding a bracket from the first feeding station to the second clamping mechanism; a third feeding mechanism for feeding a metal shielding cover from the second feeding station to the third clamping mechanism; a ball-separating mechanism for separating and sorting balls; a ball-picking and placing mechanism for feeding the separated balls into grooves in the lens body; a fourth feeding mechanism for feeding a bracket from the second clamping mechanism to the top of the lens body, forming a pre-assembled lens assembly; and the third clamping mechanism for engaging the metal shielding cover with the pre-assembled lens assembly. This application aims to improve the assembly efficiency of lens modules.
