The invention provides a CD276 binding molecule, the CD276 binding molecule comprises an anti-CD276 nano antibody or an antigen binding fragment thereof, and a complementary determining region CDR of the anti-CD276 nano antibody comprises CDR1, CDR2 and CDR3. The invention also provides a chimeric antigen receptor containing the CD276 binding molecule and an expression cell of the chimeric antigen receptor. The antibodies and cells described herein have good safety and therapeutic effects of targeting CD276.
