Abstract

The invention relates to an artemisinin active fiber, a preparation method thereof and application of the artemisinin active fiber in mask base cloth, and relates to the field of functional textile materials. The preparation method of the artemisinin active fiber comprises the following steps: S1, sequentially carrying out alkalization, aging, yellowing, dissolution, aging and filtration treatment on cotton pulp to obtain a viscose spinning solution; s2, respectively defoaming the viscose spinning solution and the artemisinin dispersion liquid, mixing, and carrying out secondary defoaming to obtain a mixed solution; s3, spinning the mixed solution, carrying out coagulating bath reaction, and filtering to obtain nascent fibers; and S4, strengthening the nascent fiber in a curing bath, and then sequentially drafting, washing, cutting and drying to obtain the fiber. A stable loading matrix and an efficient spinning path are provided for artemisinin through the viscose spinning solution and the fiber forming process, uniform and stable distribution of active ingredients is ensured through the artemisinin dispersion solution, and finally the artemisinin active fiber with excellent mechanical properties and biological activity is prepared.
