Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of: heating the waste ceramic cylinder sleeve to separate a metal sleeve from a ceramic lining, detecting the size of an inner hole of the metal sleeve by infrared rays, and heating and preserving heat; the method comprises the following steps: grinding an outer circle and an end face of a ceramic blank based on the inner hole size of a metal sleeve, roughly grinding an inner hole and a chamfer of the ceramic blank by taking the outer circle as a reference, honing and polishing the inner hole of the ceramic blank to obtain a ceramic lining, and finally detecting the outer circle size and the surface state of the ceramic lining by utilizing infrared rays. According to the method, the heated qualified metal sleeve and the qualified ceramic lining are subjected to shrinkage fit assembly, the repair process is simple, the recycling cost is reduced, the application prospect is good, in addition, the detection device is provided for the waste ceramic repair process, the device is flexible in structure and good in linkage performance, batch operation can be achieved, and the repair efficiency is improved.
