本发明提供了一种烧结蛇纹石颗粒及制备方法、应用方法、负氧离子发生器,属于矿物加工和空气改善领域。所述制备方法采用天然蛇纹石原石,破碎研磨过筛后得到蛇纹石粉料;向蛇纹石粉料中加入烧结助剂,得到混合粉料;以雾化水为粘结剂,对混合粉料进行造粒,得到具有预定粒径的颗粒型坯料;烘干至颗粒含水率≤8%,再以1000~1200 ℃的温度进行烧结,得到烧结蛇纹石颗粒,充分活化颗粒的负氧离子释放能力,同时增强空气污染物的吸附能力;所制备的烧结蛇纹石颗粒,具有稳定持久的负氧离子释放能力;并通过制备负氧离子发生器得到应用。本发明提供了一种高蛇纹石含量的球形颗粒及负氧离子发生器,提高了负氧离子释放能力。
