Abstract

The range extender mechanical accessory energy management system comprises an engine, the engine is connected with a generator through a mechanical coupler, a VCU communicates with an RCU through a CAN bus, the RCU exchanges data with an EMS and a GCU through the CAN bus, the mechanical accessory is integrated in an engine gear chamber or a power output end, and the engine gear chamber is connected with the generator through a mechanical coupler. The operation state of the mechanical accessory is connected with the RCU or the VCU through a sensor or a controller. According to the range extender mechanical accessory energy management system and the control method, the accessory load is monitored in real time, the power of the accessory load and the power generation demand are integrated, and the range extender is changed into active adaptation and optimization from passive response to load change based on dynamic optimization of the total load, so that the problem of working condition point deviation is effectively solved, and the service life of the range extender is prolonged. And the fuel economy is obviously improved.
