Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of ship matching structures, and particularly discloses a sealing structure for a high-pressure seawater pipeline valve and the valve.The sealing structure takes a soft sealing structure as a main seal and a hard sealing structure as an auxiliary seal, and the soft sealing structure comprises an annular sealing piece and a first annular protruding structure which makes contact with the annular sealing piece and is in compression sealing; the annular sealing piece is installed in an installation groove of the to-be-sealed face of the valve clack in a pressed mode through the valve clack cover, and the first annular protruding structure is arranged on the to-be-sealed face of the valve body and corresponds to the annular sealing piece in position. The hard sealing structure comprises a second annular protruding structure and a platform face in contact sealing with the second annular protruding structure, the second annular protruding structure is arranged on the to-be-sealed face of the valve clack and located on the periphery of the mounting groove, and the platform face is arranged on the to-be-sealed face of the valve body and located on the periphery of the first annular protruding structure. And meanwhile, the second annular convex structure corresponds to the second annular convex structure in position. By means of the seawater pipeline valve, the problems that an existing seawater pipeline valve sealing face is prone to failure and leakage can be effectively solved.
