The heating mechanism is arranged in the lower hot pressing plate and the upper hot pressing plate, the sealing mechanism is arranged in the machine body, and the mounting mechanism is arranged in the machine body. The heating cavity and the heating pipe are arranged, and the heating pipe is wound and gradually becomes dense from the center to the edge, so that the heating speed of the edge areas of the lower hot pressing plate and the upper hot pressing plate is slightly higher than that of the middle positions, and meanwhile heat dissipation is faster through the edge areas than that of the middle positions, so that heat compensation is achieved; the temperature of the edge and middle areas of the lower hot-pressing plate and the upper hot-pressing plate is uniform, so that the catalytic layer on the edge of the membrane electrode is fully activated, and the hot-pressing quality of the membrane electrode is improved.
