The embodiment of the invention provides a transaction anomaly detection method and device and a storage medium, which can be applied to the technical field of risk control, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a plurality of transactions in a sliding window, and determining a first anomaly detection boundary based on first data distribution characteristics corresponding to the plurality of transactions; performing anomaly detection on the plurality of transactions based on the first anomaly detection boundary, and determining first anomaly conditions of the plurality of transactions; if the first abnormal condition does not meet the detection standard, determining a second abnormal detection boundary according to second data distribution characteristics of the plurality of transactions; the first data distribution characteristic and the second data distribution characteristic represent data volatility from different dimensions; and performing anomaly detection on the plurality of transactions based on the second anomaly detection boundary to obtain an anomaly detection result, so that the anomaly detection boundary is adaptively and dynamically adjusted, false report or missing report of abnormal data can be reduced, and the accuracy of transaction anomaly detection is improved.
