Protein variant and method for producing L-isoleucine using same

By performing specific amino acid substitutions on lpdA, AtpD, and FruR proteins in Corynebacterium genus microorganisms, protein variants with increased L-isoleucine production capacity were developed. These variants were then introduced into host cells via vectors for expression, solving the problem of insufficient L-isoleucine production capacity in existing technologies and achieving more efficient L-isoleucine production.
