本发明涉及多层太阳膜制备技术领域,具体为一种纳米氮化钛太阳膜及其制备方法,包括自下而上依次复合的离型膜层、胶层、基底层、功能核心层、防紫外线层和耐磨防爆层;所述离型膜层为厚度25‑30μm的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯离型膜,所述离型膜层表面涂覆厚度3‑5μm的有机硅离型剂。本发明的纳米氮化钛太阳膜采用纳米氮化钛和氧化铟锡复合体系,结合双靶同步溅射工艺,保证高红外反射效率,还引入纳米氮化钛分散液与抗老化复配剂,显著延缓胶层老化,避免脱胶、褪色,同时优化流变特性与粘结强度,适配大面积喷涂与曲面玻璃贴合,施工空鼓率低于0.3%,边缘起翘风险显著降低,降低对人工操作的依赖。
