Abstract

本发明提供一种提高宽幅复杂截面铝合金挤压型材尺寸精度的方法。本发明先是在固溶淬火前进行一次预拉伸处理,消除挤压过程造成的变形扭曲,然后将宽幅复杂截面铝合金挤压型材安装在分段式保形工装上再进行固溶淬火,在不影响宽幅复杂截面铝合金挤压型材淬透性的同时有效减少淬火变形;然后在固溶淬火后进行二次拉伸处理,消除宽幅复杂截面铝合金挤压型材宽度以及长度方向的扭曲变形,最后将宽幅复杂截面铝合金挤压型材安装在整体式保形工装上再进行人工时效处理。通过该方法,可以在不影响宽幅复杂截面铝合金挤压型材性能的前提下,大幅提升宽幅复杂截面铝合金挤压型材的尺寸精度及产品合格率。
