Abstract

The invention relates to a humidity elimination control method, system and equipment of an oven, the oven internally comprises an inner container, a humidity sensor arranged in the inner container, a temperature sensor, an inner container exhaust port with a movable position and an air heater baffle air outlet with an adjustable direction, and the method comprises the steps that the temperature value and the humidity value in the inner container are obtained in real time; according to the temperature value in the inner container, the cooking stage of the oven is determined; according to the cooking stage, the current humidity value and the cooking set humidity, an air valve is controlled, and the exhaust position of an exhaust port of the inner container and the direction of an air outlet of a baffle of the air heater are adjusted. According to the humidity elimination control method, the humidity elimination efficiency in the cooking process is improved, the preheating time is shortened, the humidity of food on each layer can be accurately controlled, and the cooking uniformity and the taste of the food are improved.
