The application relates to a device for grinding and polishing an end face, belonging to the technical field of end face grinding and polishing, which comprises a polishing rack, a polishing assembly, a clamping disc, a hollow fixing disc and a rotating assembly arranged on the polishing rack, the polishing assembly comprises a rotatable polishing disc, the fixing disc is arranged on the polishing rack, and the clamping disc is arranged at one end in the fixing disc around the central axis of the fixing disc; the clamping disc is provided with a plurality of placing grooves for placing polishing pieces, the plurality of placing grooves are arranged at equal angles along the central axis of the clamping disc, the plurality of polishing pieces are matched with the plurality of placing grooves, any polishing piece is arranged in the corresponding placing groove, the polishing disc is coaxially arranged on the fixing disc, the grinding end face of the polishing disc is arranged in close contact with the end face of the polishing piece, the rotating assembly is connected with the clamping disc to control the rotation of the clamping disc, and the rotation direction of the clamping disc is opposite to the rotation direction of the polishing disc.
